Welcome to FreedomHelpline.com (“Freedom Helpline,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our websites, services, or related offerings (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Freedom Helpline operates as a marketing and information service. We may connect you with third-party providers, advertisers, advocates, law firms, service organizations, or other businesses (“Partners”).
By providing your information, you consent to be contacted by us and/or our Partners by phone, SMS/MMS, email, or postal mail, including through autodialed or prerecorded messages. Consent is not required as a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.
You agree to:
All content, design, logos, trademarks, and materials on the Services are owned by or licensed to Freedom Helpline and are protected by law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use them without prior written consent.
The Services may include links to third-party websites or integrations. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for third-party content, services, or privacy practices. Your interactions with Partners are solely between you and them.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Freedom Helpline and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, arising out of your use of the Services—even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100) or the amount you paid us (if any), whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Freedom Helpline, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or interactions with third-party Partners.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Insert State], without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), conducted in [Insert County, State]. You waive the right to bring claims in court or participate in class actions, except where prohibited by law.
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted with a new “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
